- Is free web space provided? And if so, how much?
- Is the DSL service agreement month to month/quarterly/annually?
- What savings are offered for prepay terms?
- What are their usage policies?
- Does the DSL service provide backup dialup service in case of an outage?
- Are there any service guarantees?
Cable Broadband
- Is there a Cable Internet setup or activation fee?
- Is free web space provided? And if so, how much?
